Jeff had a hunch that
The problem’s root lay
In its own presence
So he decided
To abandon common practices and use unconventional methods

But they could never find a trace of him

Except for one hair
Of his mighty white beard
Which was stuck in a gap
Everything else
Seemed to have disappeared
