"Migration Motion Movement" sees Hinterlandt return to more experimental territory. The compositions invite the listener to take a ride through an instrumental landscape, travelling past buildings of rhythmic architecture, fields of beautiful harmonies, industrial sites of noise, visions of fragile ambiences, and patches of silence.

Smooth cello-meets-drum-machine IDM that seamlessly flows between tracks. The way layers fluidly come in and out of the mix is genius, especially when those harsh d'n'b samples cut through. Reminds me faintly of t69 collapse EP by Aphex Twin with the drums. Wyhatt
